To upload photo, use "upload file" in the bottom left. To make a new article, just type in the name of the URL of the article as if it existed. So if you want to make an article on Dorothy_Delazio, you just try to go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dorothy_Delazio and it will give you an option to create the article. --Anthony5429 18:18, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
