David...great to hear from you. I had actually tried getting the attention of the company for approval before I undertook this as a project for an Online Communities class I'm taking here at Cornell where I am finishing my senior year. Anyway, now it's out there in the Wiki world, and I would love to try and keep it there despite the various hoops I'm constantly finding myself having to jump through in this community. If you would like to e-mail me at jzm5@cornell.edu with any revisions you feel are necessary, I'd be glad to go ahead and make them myself.
