Technicalities: APA citations look good, although I took the liberty of removing Source #21, which was merely a citation template. Danfmurphy may want to remove the first header as it is incongruous with the rest of the headers. Additionally, he may want to consider dividing the "Propulsion" section into two paragraphs. However, internal links and inline citations are formatted correctly.

Neutrality and Sources: Given the fact that this article deals mainly with the vessel itself and not any politics surrounding its construction or use, there was little potential for bias in the article and I found none present. As far as sources are concerned, they are reliable.
