Username etc

Hello. Going by your userpage you will appreciate that we need to take precautions when it comes to impersonation. Please see WP:REALNAME, which now applies to you. There are several ways to proceed - you can either follow the linked policy to the letter, or email me using a verifiable email address, or use a verifiable web platform to state the account name. Please do not make further edits without verification or you'll be blocked as a precaution. Thanks. -- zzuuzz (talk) 19:19, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Nobody has done very much when that asshole was impersonating me. I've had enough. I am not interested in WP policies or rules. I am interested in having all the slander and libel against me and my family and colleagues REMOVED. Forever. Either do something or else. D. R. Docker (talk) 19:25, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I seem to recall providing assistance and blocking and cleaning up after several such vandals in the last few years (including blocking the impersonators). Currently, you are indistinguishable from an impersonator. Therefore I insist on the application of the username policy, as a precaution. Thanks for your understanding. -- zzuuzz (talk) 19:30, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Very well, what's involved?D. R. Docker (talk) 19:32, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. There are three options above. The first will take a fairly long time. For the second, you'll need to set up an email address in your preferences. You will then be able to email me through Special:EmailUser/Zzuuzz (your email address can be removed from your preferences when we're done). This address will need to be linked to you (or your domain). The third option - use Twitter or your website or something else linked from your website to make a public post - this can be deleted after I've confirmed it. -- zzuuzz (talk) 19:37, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Will do. Thank you zzuzz. PS: this is strictly one single very sick and obsessed person with loads of profiles and IPs. I know most of them. The trigger here is that he has been writing slander on the Tony Mills article, a close friend and colleague of mine who is dying of cancer. This might not relate directly to WP policy but it atrociously cruel. It needs to stop.D. R. Docker (talk) 19:44, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the emailD. R. Docker (talk) 20:14, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I'm happy about the username. Happy editing! -- zzuuzz (talk) 20:15, 15 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Douglas R. Docker, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. I have removed some of the sections from the talk page that were the most egregious. However, even the sections that were critical of your achievements (or lack thereof) were framed within a reasonable criticism of the article and within the parameters of WP:BLP. Accordingly, I see no reason to strike them, Although I've asked Zzuuzz to give their opinion on the other talk page sections.C.Fred (talk) 20:55, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I am not here to contribute construnctively to WP. I am here to protect my name from slander and false news which has been going on for years. So please stop helping trolls. The reggae section is utter bullshit for example. So you want to help spread fake news or base a conversation on facts? D. R. Docker (talk) 20:58, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
The reggae section is a reasonable discussion that calls upon outside sources. Other than one remark by an IP—which I have struck—I do not see anything that constitutes a violation of WP:BLP that warrants removal from the talk page. —C.Fred (talk) 21:01, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I do not do reggae, this whole thing (which was complemented by a fake discography in Discogs) was designed exclusively to troll and add false info on me. It is NOT a reasonable discussion. WP rules clearly state that the subject of an article CAN delete and remove false and slanderous claims about him. It is funny that you claim yourself and admin and yet you proect trolls against real life people who are being damaged by this nonsense. Anyway, you know what? Fine, leave it. PS: the sources are FAKE if you bothered consulting them D. R. Docker (talk) 21:04, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
There is a tendency in Wikipedia to provide specific sources and/or rationales when making changes. When you made a blanket statement that you were removing material that was "FAKE and designed to slander", it wasn't obvious. When you pointed out specifics, like the discogs issue, now I knew where to look to assess the situation more clearly and do something about it. —C.Fred (talk) 21:20, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for finally understanding. This has been going on for years, not only at my expense, but also of my family and others, for example my dying father 2 years ago who was the victim of a slander campaign about him being "Saddam Hussein's piano teacher" or other. It's just sick. Or he is, rather. Because all those different IDs and profiles are the same one single very disturbed individual, who is also impersonating me on Flickr and other socials... And I've had it. So I hope you'll forgive my lack of patience, but the line's been crossed too many times already.D. R. Docker (talk) 21:32, 19 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Note for admins and other users

Dear colleague. I hope this user doesn't mind me adding this note. This user is the subject of a long running harassment and libel campaign by someone in Philadelphia - something I've also been dealing with for years. This doesn't give this user permission to do anything they want, but if they're claiming there's some disinformation on a page, then there probably is, and any references are probably fake. Please assist this user and take any complaints seriously. If you have any questions feel free to get in touch with me. -- zzuuzz (talk) 13:12, 30 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you zzuuzz. As you have noticed I do very little editing here and none on my topics, as agreed. Thanks as always for the help in dealing with this. D. R. Docker (talk) 14:46, 30 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

IP 107.77.203.76

I have reported IP vandal 107.77.203.76 at Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism. Hopefully a block will be issued. - Samf4u (talk) 15:01, 4 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! Just an "old friend" who pops up once in a while to write his usual nonsense. D. R. Docker (talk) 15:07, 4 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
