A tag has been placed on InnoVida requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. OK as you have made contact with the company to request the right to use that information I have place the Deletion tag back as removing it does not stop the process but I have also place the hang on tag which will give you time to get feedback from the company. But I will tell you that if you do not receive the rights to use the information I can't stop the page from getting deleted. If you have any questions fill free to ask them at my talk page your here as I'm watching this page and i will try to get back to you as soon as I can.--Dcheagle (talk) 17:54, 26 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have deleted the article. Permission needs to be established before posting, not after, but that really isn't the reason I deleted it. Wikipedia does not just re-print promotional material written by a company's pr department, articles must be written from a neutral point of view. So, it's been deleted as both a copyright violation and blatant advertising. I would suggest that you work on creating a neutral, non-copyright infringing version as a user subpage at User:Courtlandw/InnoVida. That will give you an opportunity to work on it until it is ready to "go live." Beeblebrox (talk) 00:40, 27 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with Beeblebrox and if you would like I would be will to give you any help that you may need in creating a Neutral version of the Article.--Dcheagle (talk) 04:10, 27 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

InnoVida Restored

Hi the Article InnoVida has been restored as permission has been provided congrats. But there is still a lot of work that needs to be done to the Article to make it in to a neutral point of view article. If you have any questions fill free to ask me at my talk page. Have a nice day.--Dcheagle (talk) 02:19, 2 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
