small business (Civ-Cont) short for “Civilian Contracting
Ok, a website that is a non profit “information” *its really more of a ask for information private or not* kind of website, a little shady and looking into the name I found some old Military outsourcing contracts for them in the Iraq War, they seemed to be paid to gather information covertly about Iraq insurgent intel. Super shady stuff but that’s as far as I could get, we need to get more information on this it’s super captivating and I WANT more on this. Contributor Custodian (talk) 04:04, 3 November 2019 (UTC)
