Somebody with IP address 59.176.29.155 vandalised my page on bandwidth management. I've undone the changes, but I don't know how I should report them, and I couldn't find any help on Wikipedia:contact us except dispute resolution, which I don't need.

Hi, the best way to deal with this is to post a vandalism warning to the talk page of the vandal concerned. Make sure you start from {{test}} and elevate to {{test4}} if the vandal persists, at which point you should report the vandal at WP:AIV to get a block (if that is the appropriate course of action). Wikipedia gets vandalized every second - it's not a rare occurrence at all, and many users help out in the removal of such edits. You might like to learn more about the Counter-Vandalism Unit. Bandwidth management

Hi! :) I tagged the article because it doesn't sound like an encyclopaedia article. For example, please consider the following quote: "The user of the only computer on a connection will probably know what application caused the problem or (barring spyware that hides itself deep within a system) figure it out pretty quickly." It's basically tells us nothing and it speculates then reason out a conclusion. This is just one example. More information on writing styles can be found on Guide to writing better articles.

Also, and please don't take this as an offense but you referred to that as your article. I want to point out a WP article at Wikipedia:Ownership of articles regarding this issue.

And another thing, please sign your talk with an ~~~~. That's four tilde. It'll add your name and date to where you placed that four tilde.
