Speedy deletion

I'm just trying to find out the reason for this action to fix the problem and void its deletion.--Civit cardona (talk) 07:29, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

At a first glance, the page looks like a test page. A page should not be created in order to confirm the authorization of a website content. The site itself should say that the content can be used. It is not necessary to provide an English version since the site itself has one provided. And since the page does say its content can be used then this page is not needed. MS (Talk|Contributions) 08:53, 23 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
