Your SPI report was quite right, but I have replaced it with Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Antjemayer because these were only two of a host of spambots all created within half an hour, all pushing "Pure Life Cleanse". I have blocked them all, but requested checkuser so that the underlying IPs can be blocked for longer - with luck, autoblock will hold them for 24 hours.
