To whom it may concern, the centre for turkey studies is a non profit organisation that promotes relations between the UK and Turkey. This is a well established organisation that is highly regarded among academics, politicians and journalists alike, promoting discussion and healthy debate. This page was not intended for the promotion of the organisation but raising awareness of means through which the public can become more informed of the issues regarding Turkey, the UK and the rest of the world. They are predominantly in Turkish due to organisations' wide acclaim. I can reword the initial page to fit in with wikipedia's guidelines, if you could provide some assistance in this. Thanks

Request reason:

There is no conflict of interest as I am a third party helping setup their wikipedia page and not a full time employee of the Centre. I am also charged with creating another page for the Centre for Kurdish Progress as well, as you see these are 2 different organisations and therefore no conflicts should arise

Decline reason:

If you are working for an organisation, "helping setup their wikipedia page" as you describe it, then you have a conflict of interest, whether you are a full time employee, a part time employee, an independent contractor, an unpaid volunteer, or whatever. Also, nothing you say suggests that you intend to do anything different than what you did before the block; you are unlikely to be unblocked as long as it seems that your intention is to create a page the purpose of which is to use Wikipedia to publicise or promote an organisation.
