Your edit to Trinity College Dublin has been reverted because the normal placement of the infobox is beside the WP:LEDE prose. That places the infobox code above the intro text in the editing area. This is obviously to complicated for {{PD-textlogo}} (see c:COM:TOO). There is no evidence that I can find that this image was ever released under a free licence and there is a free emblazonment on commons so it wouldn't be suitable as NFC
