Other comments I did not find the section on On-Campus Recruiting. It's unclear as to where you are adding the edit or if you are adding a new section. However, it does fit in with the article. very good job

Review of textbook information (accuracy of info in edit) I do not have access to the text
Article is empirical, primary & peer-reviewed This is only a subsiduary topic for a much wider article on recruitment. Please note there is already an article Campus recruitment which would be the primary article within which this contribution focussing on a specific issue might be better placed.
Review of article information (accuracy, I/O Psych) Campus recruitment is potentially a very broad subject and the edit only covers one small aspect of this topic. As it draws only from a single textbook it provides only one side of a debate about the efficacy and pros and cons of such recruitment. The content only relates to negative behaviours and outcomes. There will be many many professionals in the campus recruitment field who are well trained and display high levels of competence and this needs to be reflected to ensure a neutral point of view. See WP:NPOV for guidance. Campus recruitment occurs elsewhere than North America and this needs to be acknowledged insofar as the perceived benefits and drawbacks and so on will vary across the globe due to different traditions, cultures, disciplines and employer strategies etc.
Wikiformatting Not a good idea to mix bullet points and numbered paragraphs in such a small section. Frankly with such a short section it would be improved by just allowing the bulletted text and numbered sentances to flow on as part of the prose.
Grammar & composition None
Other comments The article on Campus recruitment (also redirected via 'campus placement') has already been highlighted for improvement and would be a worthy subject of a student project. You could think about creating a section in the Recruitment article which summaries the key aspects of campus recruitment and links to the bespoke article which could then include the critique referring to drawbacks / pitfalls to Campus recruitment etc.
