Can you please explain how 15 mins of adding random numbers to the sandbox and your user talk page was meant to accomplish as an experiment? You're currently blocked because we believe that you're experimenting either with operating an unauthorized bot or trying to probe weaknesses in our anti-vandalism detection systems. I'm waiting for you to explain what adding random numbers to the sandbox for the 40th time in a row teach you that your 5th repeat of the same experiment didn't. Please also note that your actions were disruptively keeping the sandbox locked under a edit conflict for as long as possible to prevent others from using it. Odd behavior

Bit of a longshot, here, but there is definitely some odd behavior going on in this IP range; there's some heckling of Wikipedia users, and some apparent attempts to create makeshift bots, and some evidence to suggest those might be from the same source.
