Hey @Brookem04, Nice start on this article! Very interesting topic. A couple of things:

  1. You're missing a lead section. The lead section should be less of an introduction and more of a succinct summary of the article. Your opening sentence needs to tell your readers, as directly as possible, what the topic of the article is. The remainder of the lead should summarize all the major points of the article in a paragraph or two.
  2. Citations go after punctuation, not before, and there isn't supposed to be a space between them. So it should look like " ....text ends.[1] "
  3. The most important issue here is that your proquest links can't be accessed by readers. The link doesn't take us to the article. So, pull up the source and find the citation info. Then go into the article and manually edit the references so you can add the citation info to the reference fields. Do this for all the references that say www.proquest.com. Check out this training module for a refresher.
