Since you said you already made a username change request via other means, we'll wait for that to be processed. I will let you know that "our goal is to only have a bio so people can know more about us" is the exact definition of promotion. Wikipedia is not a place for companies to tell about themselves and what they do- Wikipedia articles about companies summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about a company, showing how it meets the special Wikipedia definition of a notable company. If you just want to provide information about your company, you should do that on your own website and social media, not Wikipedia.
