The word is obviously derived from fer - iron. Ironworks is obviously a compound word, but is probably the nearest in English. The vernacular term for a bloomery (the ancient process) seems to be "smithy" or "bloomsmithy". FRom the 16th century.
The residues from smelting are "slag" (also "cinders"), but I suspect the word refers primarily to the (former) ironmaking works. Such cinders made a good road-making material, muich used (for example) in the Weald. Cinders were sometimes later resmelted in blast furnaces, as they still contained a significnat amount of recoverable iron.
I do not understand "rubberised", but in the course of smelting the charge becomes a plastic material. Almost any iron ore contains impurities, such as silica. Part of the objective of the smelting process is to carry such impurities into the slag. Accordingly limstone is commonly added to the charge as a flux, to help the formation of such a slag.
"Pottery bits" would probably be best translated as ceramic fragments. A bloomery furnace will be built of clay (or materials derived from it); what you have found refernece to is parts of that which will have been vitrified due to the temperature of the furnace.

Iron ores were often called "mine" in hisotric sources. Sulphide ores were not used as iron with any significant sulphur as an impurity is redshort, menaing that it cannot be forged (or that is difficult). Peterkingiron (talk) 12:58, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
Progress
I have been though and edited the section on Tannerre. I am still not sure that it is all in good English, but it is a lot better than it was. Please check that my alternations have not changed the meaning, from the original French, which I have not examined. I suspect that some of the intended categories are not quite the appropriate ones: there should be at least one category related to the department or region in which the site lies.
