A thought or two.
First, find all the references you can about this foundry. We need references thus:
We require references from significant coverage about the topic of the article, and independent of it, and in WP:RS please. See WP:42. Please also see WP:PRIMARY which details the limited permitted usage of primary sources and WP:SELFPUB which has clear limitations on self published sources. Providing sufficient references, ideally one per fact referred to, that meet these tough criteria is likely to make this draft a clear acceptance (0.9 probability). Lack of them or an inability to find them is likely to mean that the topic is not suitable for inclusion, certainly today.
Then marshall them into a logical order and write what they say about thus foundry and use them as rifle targeted references to cite those facts.
Write it from scratch, ignoring your current words. Do this as a technical exercise in drafting an article. I know why yo will not wish to, bit you will get a better draft from it.
Take any of the truly interesting facts about iron founding, find citations for them and consider adding them to a more generic article that probably already exists. Only include relevant ones in this draft.
It feels like harder work, but is actually not. It turns it from a difficult exercise into a process driven one, and lets you write short, pithy, yet flowing sentences. Fiddle Faddle 11:43, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Looking at Foundry this seems comprehensive, though I think you may well have something to ad to it in due course. Fiddle Faddle 12:12, 15 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
