Why the tags were added again
It's because you need to find more refs/cites, and you can't spam us. Try doing Google Search on that, and find at least 6 refs/cites, or I will prod it. —BoL 04:57, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
Why the tags and edits were undone

I appreciate your formatting skills. The format changes were an improvement but deleting the references does not improve this article. These references are the documentation of the subject matter and without references, other readers cannot verify the accuracy of the article.
