I'm disappointed with this entry. I'd like to know the influence of Buddhism on the cuisine. I know, for example, that Buddhism discouraged the use of garlic and onion and all their relatives, but modern Vietnamese cuisine is full of these. Can anyone enlighten me?
Otherwise, such a good article :)
