Proposed merger into new article New Payment System Operator

I am proposing the creation of a new article New Payment System Operator, to be the destination of a merger of the following pages:

I previously created, erroneously, a skeleton page and had this talk on it's talk page. However after speedy deletions by @SshibumXZ and @RHaworth I checked for the correct procedures in Wikipedia:Merging so I have begun a proper discussion in Talk:Faster_Payments_Service#Proposed_merger, the one of the source pages that looks like it gets most recent edits by active authors.

I have also proposed some initial content for the new page in: User:Artemgy/New Payment System Operator, but please add any discussion of the merger into Talk:Faster_Payments_Service#Proposed_merger Artemgy (talk) 12:51, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
