Adding reference to Wikipedia articles

Just follow the steps as shown, and fill in the details

Hello Aquinoquadris! Please do not forget to add references from reliable sources for the content you add to Wikipedia. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Adding well-formatted references is easy.

  1. While editing any article or a wikipage, on the top of the edit window you will see a toolbar which says "cite". Click on it.
  2. Then click on "templates".
  3. Choose the most appropriate template and then fill all relevant details. You can start with the field (e.g. URL) that has a magnifying glass icon and then click the magnifying glass to automatically populate the fields for you.

This will add a well-formatted reference, which will allow other people to see where you got your information from. You can read more about this at Help:Edit toolbar, or watch this video: File:RefTools.ogv. Thanks and regards. —DBigXray 10:11, 28 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for September 2

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited E. S. L. Narasimhan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page AICC (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 07:55, 2 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

An article you recently created, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidyashram,NIRD,Rajendranagar – Hyderabad, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. ... discospinster talk 17:49, 22 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The same for Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidyashram, NIRD, Rajendranagar – Hyderabad — can see you have recreated this school again but with spacing after the commas, and slightly more content but completely unsourced. Not sure if you are trying to circumvent the draft process, but please work on this draft. Pinging discospinster to let them know, Steven (Editor) (talk) 04:29, 27 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Aquinoquadris. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Vidyashram,NIRD,Rajendranagar – Hyderabad".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 18:33, 22 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Disruptive edits

These edits[1][2][3] In addition to changing a person's birth year without providing a reference, you have on multiple occasions changed the |df= switch in date templates from df=y to df= various numbers. While one could assume that doing this once is a test edit, doing it multiple times is indistinguishable from vandalism, since you never bothered to change them back. The |df= parameter tells the template to display the date in day-first format, or DDMMYYYY (11 December 2020), vs. the default, MMDDYYYY, (December 11, 2020). Don't make changes if you don't know what you're doing, please. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 04:36, 11 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'll also note that the birthdate change doesn't correspond with this reference, making it indistinguishable from vandalism. If you make any more shady edits like this, I'll interrupt your editing privileges. The only reason why I didn't block you already is because it appears you have made constructive edits in the past.
