Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a forum to raise issues, not a blog to publish first hand information. While I liked some of your humour, and fully sympathise with your feelings (after suffering in govt offices myself), the stuff you wrote does not belong to wikipedia (think if it will go into, say, britanica).
