According to references amin shahrbanoo on IMDB https://www.imdb.com/name/nm9233302/ and other website and Hollywood website proof that his a Director and no one is self promoting we are writing article about him, so there is no reason to block the person, I would like another admin too review this situation thank you

The correct course of action if one disagrees
with a deletion is to appeal at WP:DRV. That's hard to do when you are blocked for making legal threats. I have reviewed the deleted content and agree that the subject does not meet notability guidelines particularly for a person-- see WP:ANYBIO. I further agree that the content and purpose of the article was to promote the subject. IMDB is not a reliable source independent of the subject and cannot be used to establish notability. If you are said subject, please read Wikipedia:Autobiography#Creating_an_article_about_yourself and WP:COI. We are a private encyclopedia project, with inclusion criteria for articles that the subject does not meet, and have no obligation to publish content on the demand of someone who has a conflict of interest.
