Their are extremely sstrict rules here.On other big websites like yahoo answer, youtbe your IP doesnt bloced.If your user blocked then you can make another user.They doesnt block new user by saying contact with old user.But here too much extremely strict rules means if block IP, user, and if you make new user then will also bloacked. What should i do to unblock my user?Any idea.I mean on my previous user i say sorry and wait for 1 day butt no answer so i think that their maybe another way t unblock my user.
