National Fraud Initiative
Hi, I've moved your contributions on this topic from Audit Commission (where they were completely overwhelming the article) to User:Aithne Arnette/National Fraud Initiative. You could develop this draft with a view to creating a standalone article on National Fraud Initiative - in fact if the text were more suitable I'd have turned it into a standalone article straightaway. Unfortunately your text seems to be less encyclopedic (summary of what others think) than synthesis of what others think to create an argument. (It would be easier to assess this if it weren't (i) so long and (ii) insufficiently structured.) At root, I think what you want to do is probably not compatible with an encyclopedia article - it's more like a lengthy opinion piece or essay. It would probably be a lot easier for everyone if you found some alternative outlet for that content (a blog, say), allowing you to focus on contributing to Wikipedia that which is genuinely encyclopedic, in terms of focus, tone and brevity.
