Hi, I am only a beginner on wiki and thought this will all stay in the sandbox. I am only a fan of singer songwriter music in NZ and thought I could try this wikipedia page. Unfortunately it's far to complicated. I am certainly wanting to do this correct and as I am an old man it just takes time for me to learn this.

So you are saying you don't have any personal/financial/political etc. relationship with this person? That since December 2018 you've just been trying to make a page as a fan? HickoryOughtShirt?4 (talk) 03:31, 30 March 2019 (UTC)

Working in the sandbox is fine but you published the page to mainspace, meaning to everyone. Based on your username (which seems to coincide with her music/biography) and your only edits were to pages about her I assumed you had a conflict of interest. Feel free to remove the warnings above (I have already removed the first one). Might I make a suggestion though? On Wikipedia, we have certain notability criteria all articles must follow. If you want to continue with her page you may want to read over WP:MUSICBIO.

I don't want to discourage you from editing Wikipedia just because you're "too old." We have people of a variety of ages on here. You may also want to complete the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can also visit the Teahouse to ask questions or seek help. It just seems so complicated and it takes a long time for me to understand. I thought I could try again and look for a new subject to write about. I still like to create my original page just for me in the sandbox. So mobile recordings looks like a category that I could add here and I already found lots of motorhomes and RV's on external links. So maybe I can get an artcile on this started and connect some of this to my sandbox project.Ahipara King (talk) 07:07, 4 April 2019 (UTC)
