Reverted

I reverted content you added about folate and B12 status and gestational diabetes, and B12 status and low birth weight, because what you wrote was based on content in a Nutrition Reviews article, which in turn referenced an article which was describing epidemiological evidence. Reviews reporting on multiple clinical trials would be preferred. PubMed searches yielded more recent meta-analyses which did not support the statements you made. Please use standard ref format (example, last names, only initials for other names, no periods after initials).
