Request reason:
my ip is said to anonymized or something like that, and that is being given as a reason for blocking me. However, i stay in an academic institute, the global IPs are allotted to each user from the pool the institute has, and hence the confusion may have arised.
Decline reason:
Without knowing the IP address of your institute, I can't say for certain, but it sounds like they are using a proxy, VPN, or webhost- using any of those to edit is not permitted. 331dot (talk) 22:56, 25 February 2020 (UTC)
