Sorry for the extremely late response, I've forgotten to give you correspondence >.< anyway I downloaded Tor ad couldn't make it work, BlueCoat is one of the world's best internet filters, it's almost impossible to bypass it and given the complementary addons installed there isn't any way for me to access the website to which you uploaded it, so if you could could you upload it to google code or google docs? Owch, I took a look at how BlueCoat blocks TOR, and boy does it have collateral - basically "omg someone is getting through the filter! I know! Let's block most of the internet to stop this from happening." Anyway, here is the link.
