Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit you made to Neighborhoods of Jacksonville, Florida has been reverted, as it removes valid information. The people working at the East Jacksonville Neighborhood Resource Center would beg to differ.
Just because you "think" something does not exist does not make it correct. Before you make a change, do the research. A simple internet search for "East Jacksonville" displayed multiple results. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing. Thank you.
