Silesian as a regional language
Please wait until the legislative process is complete before making changes. In Poland, a law needs to go through the Sejm, Senate and be signed by the president before it goes into effect.
That's also what the sources linked by you say: Now the act will go to the Senate, and then, if approved, to President Andrzej Duda. If signed by president Duda, the act will see Silesian become Poland’s second legitimate regional language, next to Kashubian, and will open the way to introducing the language into school language classes.[1]
