U.S. President Trump's quote about "a political weapon used to punish and shame dissenters" in the section on Reactions is misleading, because it is presented without reference to the fact that Trump himself is known for excessively bullying and shaming people who dissent with him (see e.g. https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2021/01/19/upshot/trump-complete-insult-list.html#). More context should urgently be provided here, especially for non-U.S. readership and people who are not as familiar with the context.
