Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 76.169.74.243 . Is it appropriate to block very well established residential ISPs because the same cookie may also visit wikipedia under a VPN IP? This system policy seems highly suspicious, as VPNs are a common tool used by millions for legitimate purpose, both outside and inside wikipedia. This is highly inconvenient and I strongly suggest this system policy be changed immediately, or else. 76.169.74.243 (talk) 16:44, 30 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
