I believe the article considerably understates their time frame and scope of work. The group was still performing in the SF Bay Area in the late '80s and early '90s AT LEAST. Their Missouri Street HQ was the site of occasional weekend classes for kids in a variety of circus-related skills (juggling, tumbling?, wire walking?, if I remember). My own two sons were enrolled for probably a couple of years and much enjoyed the classes. I remember taking them to some of the classes. Given that they would have been 11 and 8 in 1990, I have to think the classes were going at least that late, and probably later. I seem to remember several other East Bay home schoolers were also taking the classes.
