"Liberal fascism"

We get a lot of people who think that Jonah Goldberg is the only authority on fascism, rather than a partisan political polemicist. Wikipedia relies on the overwhelming body of academic political science scholarship, which places fascism firmly at the extreme right. Goldberg's opinion is a fashionable thing to quote among the right, but it doesn't negate 80 years of scholarship. Acroterion (talk) 17:34, 18 February 2018 (UTC)

Also, In England, Labor sits on the left in parliament. That's why we refer to "right" and "left." is patent nonsense. Firstly, the House of Commons doesn't have a "left" and "right"—it has two rows of benches facing each other—and secondly, parties don't have set positions but sit in specified places according to which parties are in government, so where Labour (not "Labor") sit is purely dependent on whether they're currently in government or in opposition. ‑ Iridescent 17:49, 18 February 2018 (UTC)
