- No, it was a deliberate attempt to add unreferenced content to Wikipedia, not an "accident". Specifically a list of dignitaries attending the Olympics. More specifically, there is this edit from 25 October 2020, or this edit from 16 August 2020, or this edit also from 16 August 2020 to a similar article. All of which were adding unreferenced lists of dignitaries to Olympics related articles. You were warned about the August 2020 edits here. You were warned about the October 2020 edit here. You know plenty about the history of warnings on this talk page.
