I left an edit summary when removing the speedy deletion, the article did not meet the criteria you specified unless otherwise.Please have a look at WP:GNG and if it does does not meet that criteria put it up for AfD. Hi - just weighing in here, the problem with using 'proper' rollback for edits like that is the lack of edit summary. There's nothing wrong with using Twinkle to undo the addition of a CSD tag, provided an explanatory edit summary is provided (which it was in this case). What I meant was that an edit summary should be used when removing the CSD template. Megan's edit summary was Article meets WP:GNG, if in doubt put it up at AFD instead of speedy delete, which seems sufficiently explanatory to me. The question of whether or not the subject meets GNG isn't technically relevant of course, the issue when considering an A7 is whether there is any claim (even an unsourced one) that would satisfy WP:SIGNIF, but regardless, I don't see any reason why one shouldn't use Twinkle to do this provided an edit summary is provided.
