Regarding your question about Daniel B. Evans: Evans is a tax attorney who has researched and written extensively about tax protesters. His research on tax protesters is even more comprehensive and more well-organized that the CCH internet service, which is an expensive pay-only service for tax research used by attorneys and CPAs. I know for a fact that the Evans materials are better organized than those of CCH, because I use the CCH service in my own tax practice. Daniel B. Evans is probably the single most-quoted legal commentator on the subject of tax protesters. He has been quoted in the New York Times on the subject. He also writes about other federal tax issues. Dan Evans has already been discussed on the talk pages of Wikipedia, and his work is well-known to Wikipedia editors who handle the tax law related articles. Dear user: Evans is one of the sources used in the article. As odd as it may seem, under the rules of Wikipedia, there is no requirement that we "make clear" in the article that Daniel B. Evans is who he is. He is a reliable, previously published third-party source; his credential as a legal expert is already disclosed in the article, and there is a link to his material in the article. Further, his credentials, etc., have already been discussed by Wikipedia editors in the talk pages. However, I'll be glad to add some more to the article on Daniel B. Evans.

Sanjay Gupta and brain death
Your interest in editing the brain death entry suggests that you might be interested in the problem I'm having adding Gupta's stance on brain death to his biography page. Gupta clearly states in his new book, and in interviews, that people rise up from brain death. He's verifiably mistaken (to say the least). My entry about this is being deleted by a couple of Gupta fans who seem to think they have to protect him.
