Hey, hope you had a good New Year's day yesterday. Had a little trouble with a vandal last night, they were adding edits to the Neighbours cast lists. I gave them a final warning and when they carried on adding unsourced edits to other articles, I reported them to AIV. I then decided to ask for Rollback rights to help me fight the vandals, since there's only so much vandalism you can revert with the undo button. I've just been over to look at the Home and Away article, if it was being reviewed for GA status it would surely fail. It has even less refs then Neighbours did before we started working on it. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 13:12, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, you won't believe the amount of vandalism I just came across at List of characters of The Bill! Someone adding characters back that have left, and how the hell can a character rejoin on Xmas Day when the programme didn't even broadcast then?! Someone did try to fix it but they ended up leaving Dale Smith out of the current characters table lol so I just reverted to an earlier edition from yesterday just now to get rid of all vandalism/test edits. There's an editor currently on a ban from Wikipedia for doing the same sort of edits, the editor causing the disruption today got banned but I'm wondering if they're the same person. As this editor is now banned for 31 hours I'm not going to report it just now, am going to assume good faith and add his talk page to my watchlist so I can keep a track of any warnings they get from now on though.
Also I accidentally came across the page Max Baldry yesterday. How unneutral is that page?! Saying that he's "cute", "very good looking" and "one of the nicest people"! I tagged it for neutrality and started a topic on the talk page about it, so far no replies but if nobody replies within a couple of weeks I'll just edit the article myself and take out those sentences.
Made some changes to my user page and talk page yesterday, not sure about the changes to my user page though. I put something on that states whether or not I'm online, only thing is I keep forgetting to change it to show offline! So it keeps showing online even when I'm offline! Not sure if I'll keep it because of that, still I'll keep it a couple of days, it might grow on me :)
Yeah, I know Neighbours is better than H&A, that's why I watch Neighbours! --5 albert square (talk) 19:04, 2 January 2010 (UTC)
Hey. I went and had a look at the Max Baldry page yesterday, how did you come across it? I think someone read your message on the talk page though, as the article has been edited now. I noticed you had added and changed some things on your user and talk pages, I decided to change my signature so it looked a little more colourful.
There hasn't been much vandalism on the Neighbours pages recently, I wonder if it's because the show is off the air at the moment? The only things I've reverted recently were the edits to Rebecca's last name, which was changed to Robinson again (why do people ignore the hidden comments?), Kate Ramsay's infobox, in which someone had created a 'romances' heading and put she had kissed Declan under it. I don't think one kiss counts as a romance, but I could be wrong, and I reverted this user's, Alihardisty07, edits to the Current cast of Neighbours page. They keep adding the dates, 1991-1992, to Andrew Robinson's duration box despite there being a hidden comment telling them not to. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 15:17, 3 January 2010 (UTC)

Fancy doing me a favour?

I figure you owe me at least one by now! In a few days (maybe a week) I might have use for a patient GA reviewer- I have an article that's not quite there yet but I need some feedback on it slanted towards GA. If I were to nominate it, would you mark it as "on review" at GAN straight away and offer me some feedback? I don't mind if it's a fail, as long as you're fair. Up for it? HJMitchell You rang? 15:29, 3 January 2010 (UTC)

Sure just let me know when it's ready :) --5 albert square (talk) 21:57, 3 January 2010 (UTC)
OK, I'm working on it now. It's Lily Cole. The article definitely has the potential to be a GA (or it does now I've spent a significant amount of time with it) but it could be a bit of a challenge, I just need the input of someone new to the subject- I don't want to nominate and waste the time of someone who doesn't owe me a favour (lol!) and I don't want to get someone who'll spend about thirty seconds on it then fail it. Give me a bell (a {{tb}} will do fine) when you're next on (unless you're one now... [you haven't edited for half an hour, but I can hope!]) and we'll get this party started! HJMitchell You rang? 00:30, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Haha yeah am online but only for about the next 5 minutes. Not heard of Lily Cole before, but I'm assuming she's no relation to Cheryl Cole! --5 albert square (talk) 00:54, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Don't you mean Ashley Cole? Cheryl is only called Cole because she married him :~P AnemoneProjectors (talk) 01:09, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Hi Anemone, Cheryl or Ashley Cole will do! If they're married, same family lol! By the way I think I frightened the vandal on Christian Clarke's page before. I didn't mean for them to stop editing entirely, just stop making unconstructive edits! But so far not a peep from them since apart to remove vandalism they'd carried out as I was posting the warning template! --5 albert square (talk) 01:17, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Maybe they just decided to go offline. If it's Garfieldpooky, they've edited on and off since October, so I wouldn't worry that you've scared them off. Unless of course they only intend to vandalise - then you hope to scare them off! AnemoneProjectors (talk) 01:33, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Yeah probably. I checked the editors history, they seemed to have edited okayish until today when Christian and Syed's pages got vandalism! Well so much for going offline in 5 minutes! I ended up visiting the recent changes section and came across a couple of pages in the middle of excessive vandalism, still now 1 IP blocked and another page requesting page protection should do the trick :) --5 albert square (talk) 01:46, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
I told you not to worry... he's back. And not vandalising. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 11:44, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
Sorry to interrupt but Lily Cole is now a GA Candidate so if you could mark it as "on review" ASAP and conduct the review when you have time, it would be greatly appreciated! she's a model and actress btw, you might recognise her when you've read the article! Thanks, HJMitchell You rang? 20:52, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
You've no need to reply to this, but I'm just dropping in to say I've done a little work on Cole's article, though nothing major yet, and I've responded to a few of your points on the GA review page. If you can spare me the time, I'd like to get it cracked pretty quickly. I'll work on the rest of your points at a more sociable hour. Thanks for reviewing it! Haha! In trouble with AWB? Never mind. you're better than me- I'm too lazy to request it and too incompetent to use it! Anywyay, could you take a look at Lily? I think I've addressed everything (or nearly everything) you raised and after some Google news searching, the article is now pretty much up to the minute! She's giving a lot of interviews to the American press atm because Parnassus has only recently been released their side of the pond, but I'm not finding anything much that I didn't already know! Anyhow, if oyu wouldn;t mind taking a look when you're on, I'd be much obliged! HJMitchell You rang? 13:21, 8 January 2010 (UTC)

Sure, will have a look later on :) --5 albert square (talk) 20:40, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
Have I ever told you that I love you? Where the hell did you get that ref? I spent hours trawling through Google and Google News and didn't find it! Checklinks is looking less concerning- there's still 2 dead links but I'm not depending on them and they have author, title and accessdate on them (I'm told there's a way to check dead links if you have those) so it should be OK. Anything else that needs doing? HJMitchell You rang? 23:08, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
Haha it didn't take me very long, the Tiffany one was a little trickier, all I could seem to come up with was blog after blog after blog after fanpage after blog for that lol! I'll run it through AWB along with my entire watchlist just now, providing that doesn't show up any nasty horrors I'll pass it :) --5 albert square (talk) 23:56, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
That was ever so slightly easier than The Bill and Neighbours! Thank you so much for your help. Now I'm off tobed because I've been up since 3AM! Until the morning... HJMitchell You rang? 00:40, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
Haha, I thought that you students normally stayed up for days and days at a time, not hours? --5 albert square (talk) 00:59, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
I did yesterday. Until I went to bed I'd had about 6 hours sleep in 48 hours. That's the other thing with students- we spend the whole day in bed! Then those of us who are skint and hate night clubs edit Wikipedia! So what's your next project? HJMitchell You rang? 17:36, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
The Random Acts of Kindness Barnstar
For being a friend and for all your help on Lily Cole! HJMitchell You rang? 17:36, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
Awww thanks for the Barnstar! Anyway next things to be done, I really must improve the article on Dale Smith. I ran it through AWB the other day, AWB added an orphan template as there are no refs on the page, then next day a Bot came along, didn't add any refs but removed the orphan template saying the article was not orphaned! I really don't get that but I decided not to re-add the template because at the end of the day I know the work has to be done and I'll get around to doing it at some stage. I really must also create the other article for Neighbours that I've been meaning to create for ages. It was originally just going to be about the coffee shop used in Neighbours. I'm now considering though making it the Lassiters Complex as that consists of the coffee shop (Harold's Store), the hotel (Lassiters Hotel) and the pub (Charlie's Bar). I reckon between the 3 of them the article might be more interesting, plus Neighbours did say that the complex as a whole was going to feature quite heavily in their birthday celebrations. I'm also going to nominate both EastEnders and Neighbours to appear on Wikipedia's front page on their birthdays in February and March. I think that the pair of them turning 25 years old is quite notable so I think they deserve a mention! --5 albert square (talk) 17:57, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
Wasn't The Bill's 25th anniversary last year? I have many, many facts about that burned into my brain! Anyway, your best shot of getting wither or both on the main page is On This Day but I don't know how things work there- I deal with In the News and occasionally Did You Know... but it won't meet the criteria for either of those. Unless you want to get them to FA and have them as TFA! Unlikely though- FA takes months.
If an article is an "orphan", it means no articles link to it, but I know The Bill and the characters list link to it, and I'd imagine one or two other characters would so I doubt it's an orphan. You can check what links here to get a list of pages that link to it. The Tibballs book might be useful for a few refs.
The complex idea sounds good- less risk of notability problems, too. You can have sections for each shop/bar/hotel etc and just use piped links from Neighbours or wherever to the sections. I'll patrol it if I happen to be on patrol at the time. I must finish my copyedit of Brad Pitt so ThinkBlue can start the FAC process, then work my way through my to do list, probably starting with the coppers and hopefully get a DYK or 2 out of them! By then the list will be even longer, I'm sure! HJMitchell You rang? 19:04, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
I think it was The Bill's 25th last year now you come to mention it!
Yeah, I think putting the entire complex as an article might be better. The General Store has had good storylines, but so have the other two. The one I most remember is Charlie's Bar, under another name at that time, blowing up because of a gas leak and trapping a few characters! I'm gonna ask June see if she can remember any more.
I'm just copyediting Callum Jones just now. Made the mistake of going in there before and found quite a few mistakes and grammar issues which annoyed the hell out of me! --5 albert square (talk) 19:34, 9 January 2010 (UTC)
Have fun with that. You'll find those sorts of errors on almost any page you come across (unless I wrote it! lol.)! I've also got an argument to try to settle before it ends up at ANI or ANEW, then, when I feel like loading my plate up again, I'l probably take on a few easy GA reviews! Just looking at GAN at the minute makes me shudder, though- it's such a huge backlog and I have so many other things I need to do! There's about 400 articles waiting for a review and some have been waiting for nearly 3 months! HJMitchell You rang? 19:47, 9 January 2010 (UTC)

Neighbours edits

Can you please advise what was so confusing about my Neighbours edits? I fixed a grammatical error - which i indicated in the Edit Summary. And added a comment about timeslots for the show in its first season in Australia - with citation - because the existing text was incorrect (read the website linked in the citation). And added two titles to Tom Oliver's acting credits. So you will need to tell me what exactly was unclear as I believe all the changes I made are clear, attributed to sources, and correct. I also made no changes at all to any international references. And how is my information contradictory? Andjb (talk) 10:56, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi there

From what I can remember, I read the citations and from what I understood it seemed to give different times? From memory it also just seemed to duplicate information that's already there, and I honestly didn't see anything in the edit summary for the edits that confused me. I wasn't the only one confused by the edits. Sorry to be so vague but I'm doing this from memory and I can't actually access the links at the moment! 5 albert square (talk) 13:36, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

After June's last edit, Andjb's first edit was indeed a grammatical fix and it did indeed make much more sense Andjb's way. The second edit added a few roles for an actor and Andjb's third was a punctuation fix. Then an IP came along and fiddled with the number of series, reverted themselves, fiddled some more. You then reverted the page so we ended up with the broadcasting section back how it was, but in the process, you reverted a few other edits. I think the best thing to do might be to revert yourself and then remove anything you disagree with the old fashioned way- Twinkle has a habit of making a mess sometimes! HJMitchell You rang? 19:46, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

Easy, tiger

Hi... Easy on that trigger-finger, eh? You erroneously issued me an L2 warning on my addition of a G7 speedy tag I added because the creator of the page blanked it, which is considered equivalent to a deletion request. Careful with that rollback! Cheers! --RrburkeekrubrR 23:05, 13 January 2010 (UTC)

Not a problem. Thanks for your efforts on WP:RCP. --RrburkeekrubrR

Susan Bower

Oops, there seems to be conflicting sentences about Susan's career. I can't find in the second ref where it mentions she started her career on A Virtuous Woman. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 00:37, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

If you look on IMDB, it's the first episode of A Country Practice that's mentioned that she worked on --5 albert square (talk) 00:50, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

Neighbours is back in Oz! I've just been looking through the edits made since I was last online. Someone changed Andrew Robinson's birth date, I'm not sure why. I checked on Perfectblend to see if they were right, but he was definitely born in November. Rebecca's last name was also changed.
I've just skipped ahead to the credits on the new Oz episode and Libby is a Kennedy again, Ben is still credited as Fitzgerald though (Did they forget to change his name back?) and Rebecca wasn't credited at all. We'll have to wait till tomorrow to see if her name has changed. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 13:46, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Ah that's strange, normally they credit everyone whether or not they appear in the episode don't they? Maybe this is part of the change for the big 2-5! I'll try and work out later how to request that Libby goes back to Kennedy as she's highly unlikely to reverse her name back to Fitzgerald ever again! 5 albert square (talk) 15:24, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Just watching the new episode now and Andrew showed his ID card which had his birth date as 20 August 1993 (his age has been reduced to 16). However, he was born in November 1991 on screen. Do we add the new birth date or keep the old one? Rebecca is in the episode, so I'm not sure why they've missed her off the credits. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 16:00, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
I made a mistake, Rebecca is credited. Only I didn't spot it, as she is now Mrs Robinson! So, Rebecca Robinson (Neighbours) it is then. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 16:17, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Found yourself a sockpuppet this evening? - JuneGloom07 Talk? 22:59, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Yes, it would seem User:The Twelfth Doctor again lol. I'll practice on moving Libby's page before I do anything for Rebecca! --5 albert square (talk) 23:14, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
I hope Libby doesn't get married for a long time, if she does she should keep her last name as Kennedy. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 23:31, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, it took forever to move her page as she had so many previous pages! I've moved the most of her and Rebecca's pages, apparently a bot will come along at some stage and tidy them up. If Libby marries again is that her 4th marriage? --5 albert square (talk) 23:38, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
I think it'll be her third as she didn't marry Darren Stark. I've been editing the Ramsay Street page this evening. I wish I could stick to one article, edit it, then move on to another. Instead I've got three pages that I'm editing on the go at the moment. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 23:42, 11 January 2010 (UTC)
By the way I think we need to seriously lengthen Susan Bower before she has a chance of having a wee mention on the front page --5 albert square (talk) 23:43, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

I've just found the House of Trouser article and it contains the exact same info from the Ramsay Street page. Do you think the information should be removed and a redirect to Ramsay Street set up? I don't really see a point in it being there. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 19:06, 12 January 2010 (UTC)

(undent) Yes, I would do just that. By the way is it really nearly 2 years since Callum Jones joined the cast? Seems only like yesterday! --5 albert square (talk) 19:13, 12 January 2010 (UTC)

Wow, you're right. 2 years? It really doesn't seem like it. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 19:25, 12 January 2010 (UTC)

Hope you don't mind me randomly butting in here (I have a habit of doing that) but if you want something to work to for your DYK nom, have a look at Tim Cross, one of my DYK credits. It's better than it needs to be for DYK because obviously it's been worked on since it went up. In my experience, it usually takes a week to ten days to go up if it's approved, but if you haven't already, you might want to check back at T:TDYK to see if a reviewer has raised any points or if it's been approved. Surprising she didn't have an article already, really! HJMitchell You rang? 19:30, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
Hi, thanks for that. Yeah, I was surprised as well that Susan Bower didn't have an article! I mean she's been in the business nearly 20 years now, I'd have thought somebody would've made a page for her. I created the page, nominated it that day and it got reviewed and accepted for the front page later that day! I'm told now that my hook will be kind of 'modified' and shortly after that it should appear on the front page!
Like I said to you before though, am going to see if I can get Neighbours and EastEnders mentioned on the front page this year on their respective birthdays in February and March. With EE though I'm going to contact one of the mods who regularly contributes to that page and ask him if there's any changes he can think of that we would need to make. Then I can use EE as a template for Neighbours! --5 albert square (talk) 22:17, 12 January 2010 (UTC)
Susan's page is looking good, as does Rebecca's page, good work there. :) - JuneGloom07 Talk? 00:04, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Thanks! Susan's page I managed to accidentally find her on the Australian Writers Guild list by taking a wrong click lol! The Australian Writers Guild have her as working on A Country Practice in 1989 but I think they're getting confused and I think IMDB is right in this case. I think she maybe did start working on A Country Practice in 1989, but that may have been when she was offering her advice as a nurse and then she started writing for them in 1992. That would make sense, it would take time for her to build up to writing for them. By the way with Rebecca's article did you realise that someone put the heading "Granddaughter and Bridgets Death"? Made it sound like poor India died too! Then there was a sentence discussing Susan Kennedy's food?????? --5 albert square (talk) 00:24, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
I didn't notice the heading, poor India. I don't get the Susan's food sentence, that's a bit weird, lol. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 00:31, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Oh, look what I've just found. Do you want to use it to help improve Susan's article, [1]? Thought I'd let you decide what to do with the info, as I'm currently editing Ramsay Street. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 00:36, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
You're a star!! Thank you!! Used it and also came across some info about criticism that she received over the Bridget Parker pregnancy. Poor Susan, all that criticism, she's only been there just over a year! --5 albert square (talk) 01:13, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Sorry, forgot to look here before going to Susan's page. I just added the ref and a little of the information, as I've finished on the Ramsay Street article for tonight. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 01:19, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Sorry, do you mind if I re-edit your edit? It's just I'm sure when I nominated it for front page there was something about citations not being allowed mid-sentence? --5 albert square (talk) 01:22, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Of course, sorry about that! - JuneGloom07 Talk? 01:24, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
That's ok, at the end of the day the same ref is mentioned further down the article so if people say it's not cited etc etc I can't see it being a problem as we just refer them to the same Annie Lawson interview further down the page! It's just I'm sure I remember when I nominated it I had to go and move a reference in that sentence to the end lol --5 albert square (talk) 01:32, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
I didn't know the Alfred hospital had an article on here, Susan's page looks good with that linked. Obviously I don't need to tell you to check the edits made to various Neighbours pages today as I'm sure you've got them watched and will have a look. We've had a little misunderstanding with the guest appearances page‎, but I contacted the editor and they now seem to understand that the 'role' column is for the person's role in the show not their actual profession. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 18:14, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
I see you've also come across 86.155.131.9 tonight. They keep adding unsourced and mostly false information to soap opera articles. They're up to a level 3 warning at the moment and I'm hoping they're going to stop now. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 22:17, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, I did. They added that a number of characters were returning but the reference they gave relates to WPC Kirsty Knight who hasn't even joined yet! Mind you they did add John Heaton to the previous cast list so I think it was just a genuine error --5 albert square (talk) 22:31, 13 January 2010 (UTC)

Someone decided to vandalize your User page today. Everytime it happened I was just about to undo the vandalism, but I was beaten to it by quicker users. lol. The Ramsay Street article is looking much better now, I've been working on it for a few days. I've added all the refs and edited and pruned the mass of informtion. Look at what I came across today, Bouncer! I added him to the Neighbours template after I edited a little of the info and added two refs. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 23:54, 14 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi thanks. I didn't even realise my page had been vandalised before, anyway the user is now banned for 6 months and I thanked the two editors that reverted the edits by giving them a barnstar each. That's good about Bouncer's page :). I don't think Susan Bower has appeared on the front page yet :) --5 albert square (talk) 00:11, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
I've been looking out for Susan's appearance on the main page, but haven't seen her yet. I didn't even know that Bouncer had a page until I was reading through the info in the Ramsay Street article and suddenly saw it. I think my next projects are to sort the Ramsay family and The Robinson family (Neighbours) articles, I want them to look as good as the Mitchell family page. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 00:35, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
She's not been on it yet, a template will appear on her talk page once she's appeared. BUT she HAS been removed from the template talk page into a prep area so they're preparing her for a wee mention on the front page! She can now be found at Template:Did you know/Queue. Am excited!! --5 albert square (talk) 00:46, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
I've just been to have a look, I'm excited too! Can't wait to see it. :) - JuneGloom07 Talk? 01:00, 15 January 2010 (UTC)
I've just seen that your talk page was vandalised earlier, where are these vandals coming from? Anyway, take a look at the Ramsay family page, I uploaded my first image today (after some help from AnemoneProjectors)! I also updated Bouncer's page today too. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 00:20, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

Haha, yeah I've no idea where these vandals are coming from. Not to worry, Wikipedia will just block them anyway. I will have a look at the Ramsay page later on when I'm at home --5 albert square (talk) 12:39, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

Stephanie Scully

Hey. Sorry to get back to you so late, I've been working on Inglourious Basterds all day, I'm trying to get it up to GA status.

Steph will find out that she's pregnant soon, possibly this week I think, with Dan's child. She and Dan had a one night stand before he left. However, there isn't anything around to confirm it apart from Neighbours TV previews and an Australian TV magazine cover. So, just keep removing it as its an unreferenced prediction of a future plotline, AKA a spoiler. :) - JuneGloom07 Talk? 18:31, 18 January 2010 (UTC)

That's ok, what I suggest we do then is revert the rumours, but as it's gonna happen, assume good faith and don't warn whoever posts the rumours --5 albert square (talk) 20:45, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
Yep, I agree. Btw, if you can help me out at all over at Inglourious Basterds, that would be great. Even if it's just correcting spelling errors or citing refs I would really welcome the help. Don't worry if you can't though! :) - JuneGloom07 Talk? 21:02, 18 January 2010 (UTC)
Hi! Thought I'd add this here instead of creating a new section. An editor has contacted me regarding the Belgium broadcasts of Neighbours. I reverted their edit in November 09 because they changed some info without providing refs to back it up. They've gone away and found some refs, which they've left on the Neighbours talk page and asked if someone could change the info in the article. I was just wondering if you could do it as I'm in the middle of preparing an article to be uploaded to Wiki? If not, it'll have to wait a while until I'm free. Hope you're having a good weekend. :)- JuneGloom07 Talk? 22:05, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Done :) --5 albert square (talk) 22:25, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Thank you for that! I was just going to my sandbox to play around with something when I saw a message on my talk page and then the one on the Neighbours talk page, so I had to have a look. I think HJ came up with a good suggestion to sort it out. I can disappear again now, lol - JuneGloom07 Talk? 22:32, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
Hey, it appears you've got yourself another vandal. I just saw them on my watchlist and reverted their edits for you. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 22:22, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

(undent) Yeah, Huggle picked up on them so I reverted the vandalism to my own page as well. Thanks for reverting that, if they carry out any more vandalism they will be reported and Wikipedia I think take userpage vandalism very seriously --5 albert square (talk) 22:25, 24 January 2010 (UTC)

I was just wondering if we should mention Susan Bower's sister's death in her article? Today's Neighbours episode had a tribute title card to her during the credits. [2] - JuneGloom07 Talk? 20:08, 25 January 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion declined: Tyler Woods

Hello 5 albert square. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of Tyler Woods, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Performing back-up vocals for notable artists, and being signed by a notable artist is a credible assertion of notability for A7. PROD or take to AfD if required. Thank you. GedUK  10:25, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

OK, thank you --5 albert square (talk) 22:25, 23 January 2010 (UTC)

EastEnders

In case you weren't aware, you don't have a monopoly on the EastEnders' pages. Stop being so defensive, stop being so protective and stop assuming bad faith. Everybody is free to contribute. Please remember this. King of Mercia (talk) 03:51, 25 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi, I am well aware of that, I genuinely searched the article for those words and couldn't find them, even if I could I would have still reverted it anyway as I felt that the wording was far too strong at the time. In any case this is actually being discussed at Talk: Heather Trott, please join in the discussion there --5 albert square (talk) 23:51, 25 January 2010 (UTC)

I've joined the discussion, have modified my last entry and have removed the earlier citation attributed to Bushell that another editor made (which, in my opinion, was far more distasteful). I'll be amazed if you still feel this isn't acceptable. King of Mercia (talk) 00:45, 26 January 2010 (UTC)

Neighbours again

My reversion has been reverted (joy of joys). I have better things to do than edit war over this and I've reverted twice so I won;t again, but you might want to keep an eye on it. I've directed the editor to the talk page. Hopefully a productive discussion will follow. HJ Mitchell | fancy a chat? 02:52, 26 January 2010 (UTC)

Lol, I'm gonna start up a discussion there anyways to try and stop the page descending into that. I'll simply point out that some cast members aren't notable for appearing in the soap (such as Delta Goodrem) but they are notable for what they've gone on to achieve afterwards and since the section is about notable ACTORS and not CHARACTERS surely we can have a little about why the actor is notable! I too have better things to do tonight than edit war lol --5 albert square (talk) 03:02, 26 January 2010 (UTC)
Ha ha, I've just had a reply on Twitter from Donna Freedman. Neighbours.com set up profiles for her, Declan, Ringo and Zeke a while ago. I don't know if you saw the edits on Susan Bower's page today. An editor put all of the info under the personal life heading, since when is her career counted as her personal life? - JuneGloom07 Talk? 01:00, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
Yes, I did see that. By the way, Lynn Bayonas has been getting the attention of quite a few mods today! Dunno why, but everyone seems interested in helping out her page! I hope that Five don't change the background of the episode of Neighbours dedicated to her, I'd quite like to see that.
By the way did you see this edit? All I did was warn the person about some racist and anti-gay remarks they made on a page --5 albert square (talk) 01:14, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
Oh my, they weren't happy with you reverting their edits then? - JuneGloom07 Talk? 01:23, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
Haha it would seem not! Never mind. Oh, I'm still waiting to see if Lynn Bayonas will be accepted to the Did You Know section of the main page. I didn't know that she worked for the Australian Ballet before breaking into TV writing --5 albert square (talk) 01:29, 27 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi, an IP added that Sam Clark will be returning to Neighbours in May and cited Perfectblend as the source. However, the ref just says that he's taking a three month break. It hasn't been officially confirmed that he's definitely returning then and I just wondered whether to leave it or remove it? - JuneGloom07 Talk? 13:01, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
Ignore my last post! Digital Spy posted a story about his return to filming this afternoon, so I've changed the ref and given him a return date of 2010 (just incase he doesn't return in the month of May). - JuneGloom07 Talk? 13:37, 29 January 2010 (UTC)
This might be a small spoiler for you, but I guess you're going to see it eventually. Declan is being recast as James Sorensen is leaving to pursue other interests. He leaves in April and a new guy, Erin Mullally, will take over. I don't think we can update the cast list and character page just yet as the info has come from Steve in the Perfectblend forums. I'm currently trying to find an article about it though. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 23:47, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

OK thanks for that. Yeah we wouldn't change the cast table because he's still played by James Sorensen until this cast change takes place :)--5 albert square (talk) 01:06, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi. Neighbours is getting a new doctor, I wonder if he'll be working with Karl? I've updated the cast list with the news about Declan as well as the doctor. Have you seen the edits made to Libby Kennedy? I asked the user if they could provide an edit summary for future edits as I wasn't sure what they were doing. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 21:43, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
Do you have a source to say that Dec is leaving? Only someones put it on James' wikipedia page but there is no source --5 albert square (talk) 22:00, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
Will this, [3], do? I've only just seen it. - JuneGloom07 Talk? 22:19, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Reverting School Page Vandalism

Your edit to Venado Middle School reverting my version was correct: I was assuming that the most recent version was vandalized. However the most recent version already removed the vandalism at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Venado_Middle_School&oldid=340241181 and so I had not caught that. Thank you for correcting my error.

You're welcome :) --5 albert square (talk) 00:49, 27 January 2010 (UTC)
In fact, give me a sec, I'm going to remove the warning from your page. Sorry, when Huggle looked at the page first of all it looked like the vandalism was new. Now that I've looked at the article again and gone much much further back it wasn't. Sorry, my mistake :) --5 albert square (talk) 01:14, 27 January 2010 (UTC)

Reverted Change

Please note conversation with administrator user:Arbitrarily0 who told me to revert his/her reversal. You can find the conversation here: User_talk:Arbitrarily0#Reverted_changes.

--Coquidragon (talk) 02:19, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Message left at user talk for user:Arbitrarily0 "Looking at the information displayed in the page Puerto Rico national basketball team, I thought it would be better to create the page Puerto Rico men´s national basketball team. I included my explanation of the why I did it at the Edit summary and the Discussion page. Since there are possibilities for a unified page with men´s, women´s and junior´s information, I did not wanted to just change the name, but added instead a redirection to the new page, with the "r with possibilities" clause. Since my changes were reverted, there is a duplicate of the page under the new name. What can we do? --Coquidragon (talk) 02:03, 30 January 2010 (UTC)"
After this, I was told to revert the reversal. Arbitrarily0 went ahead and deleted the message left a my user talk. What can I do now? Thanks in advanced. --Coquidragon (talk) 16:11, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
OK I'm sorry about that, I can't remember whether I reverted using Huggle or Twinkle but whichever one it was I didn't see any sign of a revert, I just saw that there was loads of text blanked out. Please feel free to revert it and your userpage and my apologies again --5 albert square (talk) 21:33, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
Thanks. Changes done! I´m sorry for any inconvenience.--Coquidragon (talk) 22:08, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Nothing new

I have just removed an offensive message by an IP. That's all. Sorry for bothering. Minimac94 (talk) 12:54, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Thanks! --5 albert square (talk) 21:33, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Moving a Category

Can the category "2004 Puerto Rican national basketball team" be moved to "2004 Puerto Rican men's national basketball team"? I haven´t found anywhere how to ask for such a request. All the articles linked to the category are for male players and it makes sense to create a category "2004 Puerto Rican women´s national basketball team" whenever there is an article for it, which right now there are none. --Coquidragon (talk) 22:29, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Hi, I've just looked at a couple of categorys and I don't think that you can move them I'm afraid. Because I have Twinkle, I have the option to move pages that can be moved displaying at the top of my page. It's not appearing when I go on that category and I can't see any evidence that the category has been blocked from being moved so I would assume that it's not possible for us to do it. Maybe you could ask an admin and see if they can do it? If they can't, then maybe email Wikipedia and ask for further advice? --5 albert square (talk) 22:45, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
You can't move a category, you have to make a rename request using Wikipedia:Categories for discussion. AnemoneProjectors (talk) 23:13, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
Hi Anemone, thanks for clearing that up :) --5 albert square (talk) 23:17, 30 January 2010 (UTC)

Newport Corporation redirect

Hi, there. I "blanked" this redirect page, but it wasn't what I wanted to do. I reverted soon after, and I then understood the best thing was to submit the redirect for deletion (rfd). I am sorry, but I am still not so expert with wikipedia... Thank you. Oakwood (talk) 02:48, 5 February 2010 (UTC)

Hi there, that's ok. Any questions just ask, if I can help I will --5 albert square (talk) 21:06, 5 February 2010 (UTC)
