- The Senate passed a resolution for the name change, but it has not passed the Assembly or signed by the Governor. it is not state law.
- Even if the renaming became state law, it has no effect: the official names of natural landmarks are determined by the Board on Geographic Names, a branch of the United States Geological Survey
- Wikipedia is for enduring information, see WP:NOT#NEWS. A temporary name change due to a football game is more appropriate for Wikinews.
