Request reason:

This is not an open proxy! This is a private shell server which has had the same IP address for over four years and has made a number of constructive edits in that time and has never made a single bad-faith edit. I personally made most of those edits, and I personally know the users who made the other ones. I am using this shell server to edit because I am frequently behind a big NAT gateway that is also blocked. I don't know about the other addresses in this /32 but I ask that you please unblock this one specific IP so that I (and a couple other people) can continue to contribute to wikipedia!
