Kings of Babylon template

Hello,

I recognize this was out of good faith, but... navbox templates don't need to go on every single article mentioned. The {{Babylonian kings}} template is mostly about the kings of the Babylonian Empires, and I'm not even sure the post-Babylon section is relevant at all. If the Hellenistic rulers are kept on the navbox, it doesn't need to be in their articles, for the same reason that the Presidents of Iraq don't need the template - it's just too distant, and they wouldn't see themselves as the same thing. There is a cost to having too may irrelevant navboxes on articles - in general, it's better to have two relevant navboxes than 5 loosely connected ones. Noted. Do what you wish with them.2601:249:9301:D570:C8F3:FCDB:9310:2406 (talk) 16:58, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I see that Fdewaele has reverted many of this series of edits. I applaud since I assume Fdewaele had to spend a fair amount of time doing so. Peter Gulutzan (talk) 15:49, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
