Request reason:

I was blocked on May 6, 2020. Block #9799344. I haven't tried editing anything since 2017, after finally realizing I didn't understand what I was doing. I don't think this block is meant for me personally. I thought I had an account for years now that I had been saving favorite pages to but it doesn't seem like it. I tried requesting an account but I'm blocked from doing so. Can I please be unblocked so I can make\request an account? I am unable to edit a Wikipedia page. Says I'm blocked. I have never attempted to edit a page in my life. FAQ page seems to say that it may be a block for my entire isp. This seems absurd. How can my specific ip be blocked when I have never violated any terms with wikipedia? Seems more like they're blocking anyone from editing certain biased biased pages due to the current pandemic. Very unfortunate. I believed this site was edited and curated by the users. To me. Any Information regarding the subject or person that is unbiased and respectful and tk the best I'd their knowledge correct should be allowed.
