Create account?
My IP address was blocked as part of a massive IP range/provider blanket block even though I did not commit any abuse. I was told to create an account, but account creation is disabled for all subjects of the block, even those of us who did nothing wrong. This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users.
