Hello, I'm not a Wikipedia editor, but I accidentally came across the block page as I'm sure many people have. I wanted to comment here on my user page in the hope someone sees me say 2600:1700:c000::/36 is a mind-boggingly wide range of IP addresses to indiscriminately block. Blocking 2600:1700:c000:: to 2600:1700:cfff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff is a block size of 2^92. You have blocked 4951760157141521099596496896 IP addresses with this move. That is 4.9 OCTILLION IPs.
