Everyone is free to edit Wikipedia, so are you. You can create an account and create a new article. You need not to talk with other editors via the email, but if you need any help you can ask directly at WP:Help Desk, OR place {{Help me}} at your talk page and write your question below it.
To write a new article you may first want to judge if it meets Wikipedia's notability criteria at WP:Notability. Remember, non notable articles might get deleted. If it meets notability requirements, you can read WP:YFA, which outlines the procedures to write your first article & WP:COI, which requires that editors disclose their relation to the subject of any article, if they are directly related to them as family, friend, staff, etc or are being paid for their contributions.
