The comment the reviewer left was:

"Improperly sourced" does NOT mean "just add more sources". The draft creator has been told, more than once, not to refbomb. The draft is in worse condition now than it was when it was draftified; instead of pruning superfluous and poir sources, more of the same have been added, and some source titles have been changed to incorrect titles. The neutrality issues have also not been addressed.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
