Well, I can't do that because this is to prevent any no username editor to edit in Wikipedia. If any user that cause the vandalism problem that's maybe or not come from your doing will be doing the same vandal again. It cause by this 2001:E00:0:0:0:0:0:0/24. Whenever this kind of IP blocked, it will block any correspondent IP with the same initial.
This blocking is just merely blocking any no username from editing, so to unblock you from doing that, just create a username account. SNN95 (talk) 00:04, 17 December 2018 (UTC)
