If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

If the information that I have posted is later accepted and posted as true or accurate then I expect that any such sanctions, criticism or complaints of my initial posts to be reversed. When the national news media is identifying the gunman in this case (removed by Home Lander) then it is idiosyncratic to withhold this information from a wikipedia entry. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.2.107.38 (talkcontribs)

Please see WP:BLP, and do not add the name again until you have a proper source. Home Lander (talk) 16:12, 27 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The reverts and warnings were in accordance with fundamental policy. I did check and wouldn't have suppressed the mentions if I found major news sources for the name. I saw one uncertain source in Spanish, which isn't enough to be confident it's not just rumor. Doug Weller talk 16:22, 27 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
