Welcome

Welcome

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions, such as the one you made in History of the Southern Levant. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages you might like to see:

You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (198.17.30.124) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on this page. Again, welcome! Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Andy Dick has been reverted.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): \bfacebook\.com (links: http://www.facebook.com/pages/andrew-cox/8411922940#/profile.php?id=573559681&ref=ts).

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 18:36, 17 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Michael Nutter. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Tomdobb (talk) 21:46, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Atlanta, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 23:11, 29 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make any unconstructive edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant warnings.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Loomis Chaffee, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Loomis Chaffee was changed by 198.17.30.124 (u) (t) making a minor change with obscenities on 2009-05-17T00:14:49+00:00 . Thank you. AMP-activated protein kinase

Hi... On 29 November, you edited AMP-activated protein kinase, adding a call to the named reference "pmidPMC2925428" as a citation for a statement about mice eating more and gaining weight. In the References section at the bottom of the article, I found a similarly named reference and deleted a space from the name, to make it the same as your reference. The journal citation template call in that reference was badly formed, so I added curly braces at the end of it. However the citation itself (Gabriele V. Ronnett, Santosh Ramamurthy, Amy M. Kleman, Leslie E. Landree, and Susan Aja....) is incomplete, as it shows only the name of the journal but no dates, pages, etc. Can you look at the article, verify that the citation is the one you intended, and fill in the missing information, if you have it? Thanks much! Peter Chastain (talk) 18:52, 18 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

This is the discussion page for an anonymous user who has not created an account yet, or who does not use it. We therefore have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. Such an IP address can be shared by several users. If you are an anonymous user and feel that irrelevant comments have been directed at you, please create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other anonymous users.
